What nobody tells you about Greater Noida West ROI

Fed up of renting yaar, landlord hiked rent again. Finally looking to buy something in Noida Extension, the EMI vs rent math makes sense now. Initially thought closer to Noida, but prices wahaan too high. Then started looking at Greater Noida West, like sectors 1, 4. Heard a lot about its potential, but I'm wondering, has it already peaked? Ya abhi bhi undervalued hai? Seeing 2BHKs for ₹60-70L. Is that justified for investment? Kya ROI expect karein? Kahi overvalued toh nahi hogaya?

Bhai, exactly same situation! Rent se toh tang aa chuka hoon. Greater Noida West ka naam sunn ke toh lagta hai ki future hai, but 60-70L for a 2BHK sounds steep. Especially for first-time buyers like us. Kahi hum late toh nahi ho gaye iss party mein?
