Bilkul sahi kaha U1! Dwarka Exp mein bahut builders sirf hype create kar rahe hain. Mere ek dost ne Basai ke paas M3M mein liya tha, construction abhi tak adhoora hai. CLPs are okay but don't guarantee anything. Better to invest in established areas.
