₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 53 seems high, but builders act like it's a steal. Everyone glorifies Gurgaon property appreciation, but nobody talks about the actual negotiation game. Builders like HUDA Builder quote a number, then barely budge. Honestly, I'm finding it so frustrating. And then there are the 'hidden' charges. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, maintenance deposits... it all adds up. Is it even possible to negotiate these down, or are they just fixed? I had no idea it'd be this much more than the base price. Change my mind: actual negotiation on the base price is a myth. Builders just have fixed margins. Disagree? Tell me your tactics.
