Has Gurgaon's property market already peaked for investment, ya abhi bhi scope hai? I'm looking at a 3BHK in Sector 65 ya Golf Course Extension Road, budget around ₹2.5-3 Cr. My parents bolte hain ki itna high price ho gaya hai, ab ROI shayad utna na mile. But Dwarka Expressway ka completion bhi toh hai, aur Global City bhi aa raha hai. Log bolte hain M3M ya Godrej ke projects ka appreciation strong hoga but EMI bhi toh high jaayegi. Honestly, not sure if it's better to wait a bit more or jump in now, especially with these rising interest rates. Kya lagta hai, 2026-27 tak prices aur kitne badhenge? Koi experience share kar sakta hai ki early investment ka kya fayda hua ya wait karne se loss hua? Confused hoon!
