What nobody tells you about Gurugram pre-launch bookings?
Visited a Godrej project near Dwarka Expressway last weekend, after looking at their pre-launch brochure from a year back. Honestly feeling pretty frustrated. We booked a 3BHK in Sector 102, thinking we got a good pre-launch deal around ₹2.2 Cr. Now, with all the PLCs and 'development charges' they're adding, it's pushing us closer to ₹2.8 Cr. That's a huge jump! My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids and a good school nearby, which this area promised. But these hidden costs are making me question if it's even worth it now. Did anyone else face this with Godrej Properties or other builders like Emaar or M3M in Gurugram? Is there any recourse for these sudden price hikes after booking? Feels like the early bird discount was just a trap.
