My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for a smaller 2BHK in Hyderabad. Prices have shot up like crazy, especially Gachibowli side. Honestly, I'm worried about buying now. Do you guys think this current price rise is sustainable ya 2026 tak correction aa sakta hai? Shamshabad mein bhi prices high lag rahe hain. Is it worth buying abhi ya wait karna chahiye?

Bhaiya, same pinch! Hum bhi 2BHK dekh rahe hain aur Gachibowli side toh budget se bahar ho gaya hai. Shamshabad mein bhi prices sky-high lag rahe. Lagta hai builders ne milke rate badha diye hain. Sochta hoon wait kar loon, par inflation ka bhi darr hai. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
