My possession for Salarpuria Sattva's Lake Ridge was in March, abhi kuch months hi hue hain. Ek cheez jo mujhe realise hui, woh hai investor vs end-user ratio ka impact. Society mein abhi bhi bohot units vacant hain, matlab kafi investors hain. Iska RWA formation pe kya impact hota hai? Builder control kab deta hai? Aur post-possession maintenance charges kitne reasonable hain, ya phir sirf builders ka profit hai? Mera budget ₹1.2 Cr tha, Gachibowli ke paas. Kya ye long-term mein end-user ke liye sahi decision tha?
