Been renting for almost 7 years now, and honestly, I'm fed up. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge aur Rajkot mein kuch dekh raha hu. Krishna Kunj mein ek 2BHK dekh raha hu, prices around 60-65L. But waha water supply aur electricity ka kya scene hai? Municipal water reliable hai kya, ya borewell pe depend karna padta hai? Aur power cuts kitne hote hai? Koi upcoming infra projects hai jo area ko impact kar sakte hai? EMI vs rent ka math toh clear hai, but hidden issues nahi chahiye.

Dekho, Krishna Kunj mein mera ek relative rehta hai. Unke yahaan water supply ka issue hai. Municipal line aati hai but pressure kam rehta hai, aur kabhi kabhi toh ek din chhod ke aata hai paani. So haan, they mostly depend on borewell, which is fine for daily use but drinking ke liye RO lagana hi padta hai. Electricity cuts pehle bahut the, but ab thoda better hua hai after the new substation came up near Ring Road. Still, backup inverter toh must hai. Infrastructure wise, sunne mein aaya hai ki Kalawad Road se ek connectivity project pass hua hai, but usko time lagega.
