Honestly, kids moved out, finding a smaller flat in Rajkot is tougher. We're considering Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Brochure mein toh sab acha lagta hai, but elevators ka kya scene hai? My old building, lift aksar kharab hoti thi. Seniors ke liye reliable lifts bahut zaroori hain. Yahaan ka maintenance response time kaisa hai? Owners, please share.

Ansal Aastha? Hmm. I've heard mixed reviews about Ansal projects generally. Sometimes their projects get delayed, and finish quality bhi average hoti hai. Lift reliability is a serious concern, especially if the project is older. Iska RERA number hai kya? I always check that first for any project.
Haan U4, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number hai UPRERAPRJ5670. Aur possession date toh 2022-06-01 ki thi, so it's already completed. But completed hone ka matlab yeh nahi ki sab theek hai. Often, maintenance issues start appearing a year or two
Totally understand your concern about lifts! My dadi lives in an old building and the lift is always breaking down. Seniors ke liye toh yeh bahut big deal hai. Ansal Aastha is a big name, but sometimes even big builders cut corners on maintenance. I'm also looking for a flat in Rajkot, so following this thread closely.
Agreed! It's not just about breaking down, sometimes the response time is terrible. Which floor are you considering, OP? Higher floors matlab more dependency on lifts.
Sahi kaha U1! My parents are also looking to downsize aur unki biggest worry yahi hai. We almost booked a flat near Krishna Kunj last year, but then heard horror stories about their lifts. Imagine being stuck with groceries ya medical emergency ho. Builder promises toh bade bade karte hain, but actual ground reality is often different. I'm worried about maintenance charges after possession too.
