V5 Paradise – maintenance charges bahut high hain. Dubai se hoon, service quality verify karna impossible hai. Does high maintenance justify amenities for investor ROI? Opinions please.

Dekho, high maintenance can sometimes mean better upkeep and facilities. But without RERA and being an upcoming project, it's a gamble. Maybe we need to find out what exactly these 'high' amenities are and compare them with other projects in areas like Agrahara Layout. But then again, the budget constraint is real, and for us, every penny matters.
The original post mentions 'investor ROI'. But for first-time buyers like us, what about 'end-user value'? High maintenance means higher monthly outflow, which directly impacts our EMI affordability, especially in Bengaluru's tight market. If the amenities are just for show, is it really worth paying extra? Plus, if the project is still upcoming, how can we verify if those promised amenities will even materialize or be maintained properly? This feels like a huge risk for someone like me.
35 total units hain, aur price range ₹86 L – ₹1.2 Cr. That's quite a premium for an upcoming project with no RERA.
Yaar, high maintenance agar amenities top-notch de rahe hain toh thoda justify ho sakta hai for investor ROI, but for end-users like us, it's a huge burden. Especially for an UPCOMING project like V5 Paradise, where possession is 2026-04-01, how can we even gauge the actual service quality? Plus, RERA Not Applicable dikha raha hai, which is a major red flag for me. Isse toh aur doubt hota hai ki kya sach mein amenities milengi ya sirf paperwork pe hi rahengi.
Sahi baat hai, RERA na hona matlab builder ki transparency pe sawaal hai. Mere ek friend ne bhi aise hi ek project mein invest kiya tha Akshayanagar mein, jahan RERA nahi tha, aur abhi tak possession ka wait kar raha hai. Builder ne har baar date extend kar di hai, bahut frustration hoti hai.
RERA Not Applicable is a huge NO for me too. Especially for a project in a developing area like Aavalahalli, jahan future growth uncertain hai.
V5 Paradise ka naam suna hai, but maintenance charges bahut high hain, yeh sunke toh darr lag gaya. As a first-time buyer, har paisa count karta hai, aur yeh extra cost toh budget hila degi. Dubai se hone ka kya matlab hai yahan? Kya woh service standards expect kar rahe hain jo India mein possible hi nahi? Aur sabse important, service quality India mein kaise verify karoge jab tak actual log rehna shuru na karein?
Dubai se hone ka matlab shayad high standards expect kar rahe hain, but yahan reality alag hoti hai. Builders promises toh bade bade karte hain, but delivery mein hamesha compromise hota hai. Verify karna toh sach mein almost impossible hai jab tak actual residents na milen, especially for an upcoming project.
Exactly! Budget pe already stretch hai, upar se yeh high maintenance. Bahut mushkil hai manage karna.
