Model Economic City – I'm seriously considering an investment unit here, but honestly, the construction quality worries me. As a first-time investor, I'm thinking about long-term resale value and ongoing maintenance costs. Has anyone bought here and can share their experience after a year or two? Do issues like cracks, seepage, or fitting problems start showing up quickly? Also, what about the gap between promised amenities and what's actually delivered? They show grand clubhouses, but are they genuinely used daily or mostly empty? And are the maintenance charges truly worth the service, or do you end up paying for ghost facilities? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, is the premium worth it if the build isn't solid for attracting good tenants later?

Bhai, Model Economic City ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Builder ka track record theek nahi hai. HRERA-PKL-JJR-320-2022 toh hai but possession date 2027-05-01 hai, abhi toh bahut time hai. Itni lambi possession date mein toh bahut kuch change ho jaata hai. Quality ka issue toh pakka hoga, especially with fittings and common areas. Mere ek relative ne bhi ek project mein book kiya tha, aur usmein cracks aur seepage 2 saal ke andar hi dikhne lage. Investment unit hai toh
