₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in DLF Phase 1 – everyone says negotiate, but honestly, builders like Emperium Infrastructure don't seem to budge much. I'm looking at a couple of projects, and brokers are saying pre-launch deals are best, but are they *really* a discount? Yaar, I feel like builders just inflate the price first then "discount" it. My parents keep saying always go for direct builder talks, but I've heard brokers sometimes have better access to spot discounts. Matlab, is it even possible to knock off more than 2-3% on new properties in Gurgaon? Or are we all just paying whatever they quote? Change my mind.
