The actual build quality after a year is what really matters, not the brochure pics. I'm looking at Gaurs Sports Wood for my first home in Noida. My parents keep saying new buildings have issues later. Does anyone there face cracks or seepage after living for a bit? Also, how's the children's play area? Is it actually safe and well-maintained, or just a token? I want it to feel like a real home, not just another concrete block. Honestly not sure what to look for.

Yaar, this is my biggest fear too! My uncle bought a flat in Alistonia Estate a few years back, and abhi se cracks dikhne lage hain. Gaurs Sports Wood ka price range toh ₹2.5 Cr – ₹3.4 Cr hai, itna spend karke if quality issues aate hain toh bahut bura lagega. Parents ki baat sahi lag rahi hai, new construction pe bharosa karna mushkil hai.
