Visited Godrej and Gaursons projects near FNG Expressway. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Everyone's buzzing about Jewar Airport and metro extensions. Is this current price surge sustainable? Has Noida Extension peaked, or is there still 15-20% upside by 2026-27? Your thoughts?

Bhai, ye Godrej aur Gaursons ke projects sunne mein toh ache lagte hain, but ground reality kuch aur hai. FNG ke paas toh congestion bhi badh raha hai. Yeh 15-20% upside kaafi optimistic lag raha hai, especially with current interest rates. Sustainable toh bilkul nahi lag raha, kya bolte ho?
