Negotiating property prices in Noida feels impossible sometimes. I'm finally done with renting, looking for a 2BHK around Knowledge Park 3, maybe Anant Associates. What's a realistic discount percentage to aim for? Builders seem so rigid. Also, what hidden charges should I watch out for at possession? Don't want any surprises.
