Visited a Godrej project in Sector 150 yesterday, looking for a 3BHK. Our current 2BHK is just too small now with the kids growing up, and my wife's priority is definitely a safe neighborhood with good schools nearby. The project looked good, but honestly, I'm worried about construction quality. Heard too many RERA horror stories. My budget is around ₹1.5Cr, maybe a bit more for the right place. Are people actually seeing the tax benefits like 80C and Section 24 making a big difference, or is it mostly just on paper? Also, how are maintenance charges with these newer projects? They seem super high. Any advice on builders in Noida Extension or Sector 107 known for good quality and timely delivery? Should I be looking at ready-to-move only?
