₹1.14 Cr for Gaursons Grandeur vs ₹6.64 Cr for 3C Lotus 300 – itna bada price jump worth it hai kya? Both projects Noida mein completed hain, so possession ka tension nahi hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Meri main query total cost of ownership pe hai, not just the advertised price. Gaursons mein base price kam lag raha, but maintenance, stamp duty, aur hidden charges kitne add honge? Lotus 300 ka toh entry hi bohot high hai, uska total cost kitna jayega? Plus, for 5-year appreciation, which one makes more sense as an investment? Is that premium segment really delivering better ROI in Noida? Not sure if the higher price justifies the long-term gains. Any experiences with these?
