Visited Pearl Vista last week. Sales team bol rahi 2.5 saal mein delivery. But builder ka track record... not convincing, yaar. Suna hai ek project 1.5 saal late hua. Agar Pearl Vista bhi delay hua, meri EMI aur rent ka double burden kaise manage hoga? Is this risk worth the potential appreciation? Any investors here, what's your experience?
