What nobody tells you about post-possession reality

Moved into my Kesar Garden Apartment flat last month and honestly, I'm already feeling buyer's remorse. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhayi thi, unmein se bohot kuch toh missing hai ya phir bilkul alag hai. Club house ka swimming pool abhi tak ready nahi hai, aur kids play area bhi chhota sa, bas naam ke liye. Construction quality bhi bilkul theek nahi lag rahi. Ek mahine mein hi walls par hairline cracks dikh rahe hain, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose ho rahe hain. My parents keep saying 'builder ki quality aisi hi hoti hai' but I had no idea it'd be this bad. Maintenance charges toh itne high hain, but services ka pata nahi. Is it just me? Ya Kesar Garden mein sabne yahi experience kiya hai? What should I even do about these issues? Should I raise a complaint with the RWA or builder directly? Any advice would be great.
