What nobody tells you about 'premium' construction quality after a year.
Okay, I'll say what no one says: visible construction quality at site visits is mostly a facade for investors. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Hyderabad, maybe Sattva Lake Ridge. Already have a home loan, so every rupee counts for ROI. Everyone glorifies the initial finish, but what about cracks, seepage, or fitting issues after a year? Does that really hit resale value hard, or is it just minor maintenance? And what about crucial stuff like elevator quality and maintenance response? Does that impact tenant attraction or make future buyers hesitant? Is paying a premium for supposedly better build quality actually worth it long-term for an investor? Or do all projects end up with similar post-possession headaches? Disagree? Tell me why.
