The whole 'price correction' talk in Chandigarh feels like a myth, honestly. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne rent phir se badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, eyeing a 3BHK in Sector 50, maybe Ambika Realcon. Prices are just crazy, ₹1.8Cr for a 3BHK seems steep. Is there any actual price correction happening in Mohali or New Chandigarh where an investor can find true value? Also, for maximizing deal value, should I go through a broker ya directly builder se deal karu? Kya kisi ko better discount ka experience hai?

Price correction toh bhool jao abhi. Market mein demand achi hai, builders discount nahi de rahe. Broker se jao ya direct, hardly any difference unless you're buying multiple units. I tried direct with a builder in Mullanpur, they just matched what the broker
Totally relate yaar! ₹1.8Cr for Sector 50 is insane. I'm also eyeing New Chandigarh but prices wahan bhi kam nahi lag rahe. Broker ke through discount milta hai kya sach mein?
