What nobody tells you about project maintenance in Pune
Maintenance charges in new Pune projects feel like a black hole. We're eyeing Revell Orchid Phase V Building G for a 3BHK. My wife's priority is usable green space for the kids. Does it actually deliver? Also, are the maintenance charges justified by service quality? Or is it just another ghost facility? Need honest opinions.

Yaar, maintenance charges are my biggest fear too! It's like, you finally manage the down payment and EMI, and then this hidden cost just keeps draining your pocket. Revell Orchid ka price range ₹85 L – ₹1.0 Cr hai, which is already a stretch for my budget. Green space sounds great, but I've seen so many projects promise that and then deliver a tiny patch of grass. Is it really worth it for the service?
