Is floor-rise premium actually worth it for a 3BHK on Kalawad Road? I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade, maybe a 3BHK or even a small villa. Builders like Ansal API ya Madhav Group mein PLC charges ka kya scene hai? Does paying extra for a higher floor or specific view really justify the price jump? Or is it just a way to increase the project cost? Also, when they quote a price, what's the real all-in cost for, say, a ₹90L property? Apart from stamp duty and registration, kya aur bhi hidden charges hote hain jo baad mein pata chalte hain? Want to avoid surprises.

Bhai, PLC charges toh pura scam lagta hai. I visited an Ansal API project near Kalawad Road last month, they quoted a decent base price but then PLC for corner unit, PLC for higher floor, PLC for garden view... it added up almost ₹5-6 lakh extra! For a 90L property, that's a huge chunk. Mujhe toh lagta hai they just increase the project cost.
