What nobody tells you about remote rental income in Noida
Rental yields in Noida are looking like a pipe dream for NRIs like me. I'm based in Dubai, seriously considering a 2BHK in Sector 135, budget around ₹80L, purely for rental income. But the logistics are giving me jitters. I can't do site inspections myself, so I'll definitely need a reliable property manager. My main concern is broker charges; do they really gatekeep all the good tenants and inflate prices? Aur tenant verification process kitna invasive ho gaya hai? Is it even possible to get a decent, reliable tenant without being physically present, ya bas headache hi hai? Honestly, not sure if investing for rental income still makes sense from abroad. What are your real experiences with managing rentals remotely, especially with broker and tenant issues?

Totally agree with your jitters, OP! Remote management is a nightmare, especially when you're so far away. I was looking at Alpha I Greater Noida for a similar setup, and the stories I heard about tenant issues from afar made me drop the plan. Brokers just want their cut, that's it.
Haan bhai, same experience. My cousin tried this in Alpha II, Greater Noida, for a 1BHK, ended up selling it within a year out of frustration. Tenant ne ghar kharab kar diya
