The hype around 'RERA Approved Projects' in Greater Noida feels a bit overblown for actual livability. Everyone talks about future growth but what about now? I'm looking at places in that corridor, maybe a 2BHK, and honestly, the amenities often seem incomplete or poorly maintained. My parents keep saying to wait for better infrastructure, but prices keep inching up. Is it really worth buying into current projects there, or should I just hold out another year or two? Seems like a gamble right now. Change my mind.
