My first property budget is finalised, loan pre-approved for a 3BHK around Golf Course Extension. I'm honestly lost trying to properly check a builder's RERA registration beyond just the number. My parents keep saying to watch out for unfair clauses in the builder-buyer agreement. What are the common red flags people miss, especially with builders like JMS Group?

Bhai, you're absolutely right to be nervous. RERA number toh sab dikha dete hain, but the devil is in the details of the agreement. JMS Group ki baat kar rahe ho toh, pehle unka track record check kar lo. I've heard some not-so-great things about their delivery timelines in general.
Totally agree yaar. JMS ka naam sunke toh darr hi lagta hai. Zero projects ka record hai, kaise trust karein?
