I'm looking at places like Magic JK Homes or something in Raj Nagar Extension, around ₹75L for a 2BHK. My parents keep saying verify everything, but how do you actually check a builder's legal track record, like Renowned Group's, beyond just their RERA number? Seems like many buyers skip deep title verification until it's too late. RERA feels like just a paper tiger sometimes; change my mind.
