Selling our old 4BHK in Patel Nagar has been quite an eye-opener. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore. Honestly, I thought selling a Gurugram property would be quicker, but the market for older, larger units feels slower than I expected. Brokers keep low-balling. Have others faced this? We're looking at smaller 2BHKs/3BHKs around Sector 65 or Sohna Road now. Any advice on current resale values there for a quick buy?

Oh wow, yeh toh sunke thoda tension ho raha hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain aur soch rahe the Gurugram mein property lena easy hoga. Aapka experience sunke lag raha hai ki older properties ka market slow hai, which means maybe new launches are better? But new projects ke prices toh sky-high hain, especially Sector 65 mein. Humara budget tight hai, toh abhi tak toh 2BHK bhi mushkil lag raha hai. Kya aapko lagta hai ki Sohna Road mein investment potential better hai for a 2BHK, considering the prices?
