What nobody tells you about selling a big Noida home
₹1.8 crore for our old 4BHK in Sector 44 — it's proving tough to sell. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore. We're trying to sell our spacious 4BHK in Sector 44 but the resale market for larger properties seems a bit slow. Log mostly smaller units prefer kar rahe hain, ya phir unka budget issue hai. Honestly not sure if this is just our experience or a general trend in Noida. Now we're looking for a manageable 2BHK, maybe in Sector 137 or 150, around ₹80 lakh to ₹1 crore. Godrej ya ATS ke projects dekh rahe hain, especially for good society and low maintenance. Hospital proximity bhi important hai. Kya in sectors mein ache options mil sakte hain with reasonable maintenance? Any advice on selling a larger flat quickly?
