Gurgaon mein family ke liye achhi society dhundhna mushkil ho raha hai. Vipul Orchid Square ready hai, par amenities kitni functional hain? Sobha Crescent ke floor plans mein space wastage toh nahi? My kids ko play area chahiye. Dono mein end-user ratio kaisa hai? Ghost society nahi chahiye. Kya suggest karte ho?

Bhai, totally feel you! Gurgaon mein good society milna is a nightmare, especially for families. Vipul Orchid Square toh 2007 ka possession hai. Older projects mein amenities ka bharosa nahi hota, aur maintenance bhi high rehta hai. Aapka target budget kya hai?
2-2.5 Cr tak ka budget hai. Vipul Orchid Square toh out of reach hai completely. Bahut mushkil ho rahi hai is budget mein.
