Why do people always downplay stamp duty and registration? For a 2Cr 3BHK in Tellapur, that 7.5% plus registration is almost 15L extra! I'm upgrading from my 2BHK. This chunk feels like a huge hidden tax, builders don't even blink. Koi ispe save kar sakta hai? Change my mind.

Hidden tax nahi hai bhai, it's a known cost for decades. Har property transaction mein hota hai. Is that 7.5% for a new project in Tellapur
OMG, main bhi yahi soch raha tha! Itna bada amount sirf paper work ke liye? Mera budget toh poora hil gaya hai. Tellapur mein prices already high hain, upar se yeh hidden costs. Builder ne toh mention bhi nahi kiya tha clearly. Lagta hai sabko pata hai ki yeh toh dena hi padega.
