What nobody tells you about stamp duty and registration in Bangalore

15% extra on the base price just for stamp duty and registration felt like a shocker when I finally moved into my Profound Developers 3BHK in Domlur last month. Builder ne bas base price bataya tha, ye sab hidden costs koi nahi batata pehle. Matlab, ₹1.8 Cr ka flat, but all-in it crossed ₹2 Cr easily. PLC aur floor-rise bhi add ho gaya. Honestly, it feels like they intentionally don't disclose the full picture till the end. Anyone else face this? What did you do to manage?
