What nobody tells you about stamp duty in Gurugram

₹1.8 crore for my 3BHK in Sector 45 felt okay, but then the stamp duty hit. Smartworld Developers ne calculation kuch aur bataya tha, actual mein way more laga. Is this normal Gurugram mein?

Bhai, Smartworld toh known hai for these things. Did you check the RERA carpet area vs super built-up? Sometimes they quote on super built-up for initial estimates, but stamp duty
