My current house sale is almost done, and now the real hunt for a smaller place in Bangalore begins. Kids moved out, so don't need such a big place. Looking for a 2BHK, maybe ₹1.2 Cr max, near Sarjapur Road ya Yelahanka. Main confusion hai under-construction vs ready-to-move. Builder delays aur RERA issues sunke darr lagta hai. My friend ka Prestige project Whitefield mein kaafi late hua tha. Should we just pay extra for ready-to-move for peace of mind? Ya under-construction mein achhi deals mil jaati hain still? Any recent Godrej Properties buyers, how was your timeline experience?

Totally relate to your confusion! My wife and I are also looking for a 2BHK around Sarjapur Road, budget similar. Builder delays ka darr toh humein bhi hai. Prestige ka toh kaafi naam kharab hua hai delays mein. Ready-to-move seems safer, but the price difference is huge, right?
