Spent the whole Sunday checking options in Noida, mostly the 'Under Construction' corridor. Kids are growing, so we need a bigger 3BHK, around 1600 sqft. Wife's priority: good schools and safety. Ready-to-move budget mein kuch khaas nahi mila, so now focusing on under-construction. Wahi soch raha hoon, 'Under Construction' corridor mein invest karna abhi bhi smart move hai kya? Prices already bahut upar chale gaye hain, lagta hai peak ho gaya hai. Still undervalued or has it peaked? Which sectors ya projects offer good value right now for a family? Koi hidden costs ya possession issues toh nahi aayenge? Confused.

Bhai, peak toh kab ka ho gaya. Abhi under-construction mein ghusoge toh phans jaoge. RTM (Ready-To-Move) dekho, thoda extra budget laga ke. Meri toh yahi salaah hai.
U1, RTM mein options hi nahi mil rahe acche. Jo hain, ya toh location theek nahi ya budget se bahut bahar. Kids ke school ki tension alag, so we need something good for family.
