What nobody tells you about Vatika Horizon 82 delays

Vatika Horizon 82 ka delivery track record bilkul unreliable hai, honestly. They promised possession last year, ab tak kuch nahi. Mera capital stuck hai. Is this project still worth it for capital appreciation and resale? I'm upgrading from 2BHK.

Totally agree. Builder delays are a nightmare, especially for first-time buyers like us. Mera bhi capital stuck ho jata toh tension ho jaati.
