Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on what makes sense for 2026. I'm looking at a 2BHK around Kalawad Road or maybe Krishna Kunj, my budget is around 60-70L. Honestly, the prices right now feel a bit high. My parents keep saying it's a good time, but I'm worried about sustainability. Is this current price rise something that'll hold till 2026, or are we heading for some correction? Builders like Madhav Group and Galaxy Group projects look solid, but the per sqft rate for some new launches... not sure if it's justified. What do you guys think about price trends for the next couple of years? Will areas like Mota Mava or 150 Feet Ring Road keep appreciating this much? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I wait or jump in now?
