What Noida builders don't tell you about clubhouses
Many projects inflate prices just for fancy amenities no one uses. I'm based in Dubai, looking at Noida for investment, specifically Evermark Provica Dream Valley. Can't do site inspections myself, so relying heavily on community feedback. My main concern is construction quality. Builder ka track record kya hai for defects like seepage or cracks after a year? Resale value bahut depend karti hai ispe. Also, clubhouse aur sports facilities ka kya scene hai? Sahi mein used hoti hain ya sirf marketing gimmick? Investor perspective se, these things drive tenant attraction and higher rent, but only if they're actually functional and maintained. My property manager will handle rentals, but I need to know if these amenities are worth the premium. Koi batao, real ground truth kya hai?
