Kids have moved out, so this big house feels empty now. We're selling and looking for a smaller, manageable 2BHK in Noida, maybe Sector 78 ya 150 ke aas-paas, near a good hospital. Godrej, ATS, Mahagun ka naam suna hai. But construction quality aur post-possession maintenance charges ka kya haal hai? Kahin hidden costs toh nahi hote? Suna hai kuch builders amenities promise karte hain but deliver nahi karte. Is it true for these guys? Would appreciate real experiences.

Bhai, aapne bilkul sahi point uthaya hai. Yeh hidden costs aur post-possession hassles toh Noida ka sabse bada headache hai. Mera ek friend hai, usne Sector 150 mein ek project liya tha, naam nahi lunga abhi, but possession ke baad society ne itne maintenance charges lagaye ki uska budget hil gaya. Aur jo amenities promise ki thi, swimming pool toh bas naam ka hai, kabhi functional hi nahi hota. Builder ne bola tha ki club house world-class hoga, woh bhi adha-adhura pada hai.
