What Pearl Paradise won't tell you about carpet area
₹94.32 lakh for a 2BHK at The Pearl Paradise. Kids grown, selling our house, need manageable. Everyone talks amenities, but nobody discusses carpet area efficiency. Builders show fancy layouts; usable space kitna hoga? I bet super built-up to carpet area ratio will be terrible. I need decent, functional living area for this price, not just common spaces. New project maintenance charges are always a shocker. They promise low, but baad mein it shoots up, adding to total cost. Genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? Change my mind.

Totally agree! Carpet area is such a scam. Builders just inflate super built-up. I've been researching for months and this is the most frustrating part. How do we even trust them? It's like they deliberately hide the actual usable space.
