What people don't tell you about Greater Noida rental yields

Rental yield in Greater Noida, in my opinion, is often overstated. I'm eyeing a 2BHK in Sector 150 for around ₹90L. After maintenance, property tax, and broker fees, actual return kitna banta hai?
