Under-construction projects in Gurugram always make me nervous about price appreciation. Whiteland Westin Residence mein invest karne ka soch raha hoon. Pre-launch prices kya the, kisi ko idea hai? Abhi ₹6.42 Cr onwards worth it hai for capital appreciation? Aur RERA compliance ka kya scene hai, builder ka track record kaisa hai? Honestly not sure.

Whiteland Westin Residence is still UPCOMING, which means a lot can change. I've heard some not-so-great things about Whiteland's previous projects with delays and quality issues. RERA number toh hai RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/838/570/2024/65, but RERA registration doesn't guarantee everything, just minimum compliance.
Can anyone share specific examples of this builder's bad track record? It would help us make an informed decision.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera ek cousin Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe ek Whiteland project mein phasa hua hai. Unka possession 2 saal late ho gaya hai, aur construction quality bhi utni khaas nahi hai jitni promises ki thi. For a project with 1500 total units, managing quality and timelines is a huge task, especially for a builder with a patchy record.
₹6.42 Cr onwards for an upcoming project? That's a huge amount for a first-time buyer like me. I'm also worried about the builder's reputation.

Bhai, same pinch! Gurugram mein projects toh bahut hain, but delivery aur appreciation ka risk hamesha rehta hai. Is builder ka track record maine bhi suna hai mixed reviews hain. Pre-launch toh sab secret rakhte hain, but I'm guessing it was significantly lower, as always.
