Mantri Emporio in Pune – I'm looking at their 3BHKs, thinking of upgrading from my current 2BHK. The brochures always show these amazing clubhouses and top-notch amenities, but I'm really worried about the reality. Is the construction quality truly premium, or will I see cracks and seepage after a year, like I've heard happens in other projects? Also, do people actually use those fancy clubhouses daily, or are they just for show and add to maintenance charges? Trying to figure out if the price jump is actually worth it.

My cousin invested in a project in Amanora Park Town a few years ago, and even with a renowned builder, they faced issues with plaster cracks and electrical fittings within 1.5 years. The builder kept giving excuses. For Mantri Emporio, given the price, you absolutely need to dig deep. Don't just rely on what they show; try to talk to existing residents if possible. Their RERA details might give some insight, but ground reality is often different.

Clubhouse toh bas show-off hota hai, yaar. Maintenance badha dete hain bas. Daily kaun jaata hai swimming pool ya gym? Mostly empty hi rehte hain.

My friend booked in another 'premium' project near Akurdi, aur ek saal mein hi bathroom ki leakage start ho gayi. ₹5.8 Cr ki property mein yeh sab ho toh bahut bura lagega. Ek baar site visit pe jaane se pehle, unke past projects ke reviews zaroor check kar lena, specially after possession.
