Rajkot's under-construction sites, especially Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, are making me anxious. My wife and I visited for a 3BHK, thinking about the kids' school and safety. Honestly, what they show on site vs. the brochure is so different. The 'green areas' look tiny, barely enough for kids to play safely. I even noticed some hairline cracks in a nearly finished unit. It makes me wonder about the actual construction quality and future maintenance. Is it just me, or do these site visits feel like a total show? What specific things should I really scrutinize before booking?

Totally agree! Rajkot mein builders ka yehi haal hai. Hairline cracks toh common ho gaye hain, especially in under-construction
Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Humne bhi Ansal Aastha Mig Zone dekha tha, 3BHK ke liye. Brochure mein jo parks aur amenities dikhate hain, real mein toh wo sab bas naam ke hain. My wife also pointed out how cramped the play areas felt. Lagta hai bas photo khichwane ke liye sab set karte hain.
