What Rajkot's RERA website won't tell you
Builder ka legal track record check karna is the real game-changer, not just RERA registration. I'm finally fed up of renting near Kalawad Road, landlord ne fir se rent badha diya. Ab Rajkot mein property lena hai, maybe near 150 Feet Ring Road. But Ansal API jaise bade builders ka bhi legal history dekh ke darr lagta hai. RERA number toh dikhta hai, but uske peeche kitne cases chal rahe hain, ya title deeds mein kya issue hai, yeh kaun batayega? I'm looking at a project, maybe Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, but how do you *really* verify builder ki past legal issues? Matlab, sirf RERA website pe dekhna enough nahi hai. Any specific steps ya resources Rajkot mein jo log use karte hain for thorough title verification? Aur agar koi builder ka past record clean nahi hai, toh RERA complaint kitni effective hoti hai? Is it just on paper ya actually kuch help milti hai?

Totally agree with this post! Rajkot mein legal checks kaafi tricky ho gaye hain. I'm also looking near 150 Feet Ring Road, specifically around Krishna Kunj. Builder ka reputation dekh ke darr lagta hai. RERA registration toh sab dikhate hain but past projects ka kya haal hai, kaun batayega? Ansal API ka naam sunke toh aur tension hoti hai, they are so old (since 1967) so unka track record bahut lamba hoga na?
