What really happens to build quality after possession?
₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, Rajkot, feels like a lot for an investment property. I'm based in Dubai, so doing detailed site inspections or managing issues personally isn't easy. I'm really worried about construction quality; do flats actually hold up after a year or two? I've heard stories about cracks, seepage, and fitting issues soon after possession. Also, are the promised amenities, like the clubhouse, genuinely maintained and used daily, or do they just become expensive ghost facilities that drive up premium without real value? Does this affect tenant attraction or future resale? What's the actual deal with maintenance charges versus service quality there? Is it value for money, or just a black hole for investors like me?

Dubai se invest karna hai toh double check everything.
₹85 lakh for 2BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone? Yaar, yeh toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. Maine suna tha Rajkot mein itna nahi hota. Build quality ki tension toh sabko hoti hai, especially jab khud inspect na kar paao.
Yeah, price is one thing, but build quality is the real nightmare. Mere ek dost ne ek project mein liya tha, within a year tiles crack ho gaye aur bathroom mein seepage shuru. Builder ne toh haath khade kar diye. Ansal ka track record waise bhi mixed hai.
Totally agree! 85L for a 2BHK there sounds insane, unless it's some super luxury segment. Price check karna padega.
