Two agents showed me properties around ₹60-70L for a 2BHK builder floor in Sector 20. I'm based in Dubai, can't visit myself. My main worry is monsoon waterlogging. How are power cuts there for tenants? Need ground reality, can't manage remotely. Any legal clarity insights on older builder floors?
