Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but here we are. I'm looking at Prestige City and Keya Homes, but the legal side is stressing me out. I work in real estate, so I know the builder tricks. How do you actually verify RERA status beyond just the number? And what about title deeds? Is RERA even effective for delays in Bengaluru, or just for show?

Totally relate to this! Builders are so cunning, it's hard to trust anyone. Prestige City looks good on paper but RERA ka naam sunke bhi darr lagta hai. RERA number dekhna hi kaafi hai kya ya kuch aur bhi check karna padta hai for actual project status?
Nahi U1, sirf number nahi. Maine suna hai website pe jaake project ka specific status check karna chahiye. Builder ki website pe toh sab green hi dikhta hai.
