What RERA won't tell you about builder delays

I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. The stress is unreal! With Gold The Royal 107 delays, I'm genuinely worried. Is RERA effective for compensation in Noida Extension, or is it just paper for builder default? I mean, we pour our life savings into these projects, and then builders just keep extending dates. What's the real ground reality for getting our money back or getting possession on time? Any success stories or major pitfalls to watch out for?
