What residents of Pankaj Homes Sector 67 wish they knew earlier?
Since the kids moved out, I've been looking to downsize from our big house. Pankaj Homes Sector 67 Gurugram at ₹3.95 Cr looks interesting, but I'm really wondering about actual daily life there for an empty nester. Is it genuinely good to live in, ya bas dikhane ka hai? Residents, could you share your experience? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? We want something manageable, low-maintenance, so that's a big factor. Also, how's the society vibe? Is it a friendly community, or more isolated? And proximity to good hospitals is a big concern for us now. We're selling our current property, so this would be our permanent home. Not sure if it's the right move for us. Is the elevator service reliable? Any advice or honest opinions about the project's quality and convenience would be very helpful.

3.95 Cr for downsizing? Ma'am, yeh toh bohot high budget hai for 'low maintenance'. As a first-time buyer, my head spins looking at these prices. Aur yeh 'COMPLETED' project with a '2026' possession date, this sounds very confusing. Kya chal raha hai?
And 'Rera Not Applicable'? How is that even possible for a project being sold, especially in Gurugram? This is the first thing that rang alarm bells for me. Builders
Sahi kaha bhai, prices toh Gurugram mein sky-high hain. But the completed status with a future possession date is a huge red flag. My cousin faced a similar issue with a project near Badshahpur; they kept delaying possession for years despite claiming it was 'ready'. Please be careful.
